For more extensive understanding of the attitudes, and deeper and more extensive vision, and forming the objective viewpoint towards any attitude, and surpassing the ego, and recognition of the other, and in order to help you to determine your aims and to plan as sound as possible to reach more correct decisions and rules that regulate the various life aspects; we present the first part of the "Thinking Muscles" Program to be as eyeglasses through which you see the world more clearly, and your thinking becomes more accurate and correct, and your behavior more effective


The participant does not need to have a certain specialization.


  • The young boys and girls between 10 - 18 years old who seek to possess skills that support and activate their thinking.
  • The guardians who have the desire to enrich the thinking of their children and to develop their mental potentials.
  • The teachers who aim at affording benefit to their students and to raise their educational levels.

  • Objectives

    At the end of the Course, each Trainee will become able to comprehend and apply a number of skills which help him to:
  • Manage and regulate the thinking processes more effectively.
  • Determine a purpose and a specified result to thinking processes.
  • Recognize the attitudes in a better way through analyzing and comparing them.
  • Determine his personal choices depending on suitable justifications.
  • Keep a certain mental process in the concentration focus.
  • Combine the information and summarize it, and show the weaknesses therein.

    The First Day :

    ·         Introduction about thinking .

    ·         Introduction of the first part ( Improvement of Comprehension Level ) .

    ·         The ten muscles which are :

          Evaluating the various ideas and attitudes and handling them .

          Finding the biggest number of the factors related to a certain attitude .

          Determining the purposes standing behind the various ideas and behaviors .


    The Second Day :

          Looking for alternatives for the solutions and possibilities for explaining the various attitudes.

          Determining the priorities of the duties and values, and arranging them .

          Opening to the others' ideas and referring to them for assistance .

          Predicting  the near and far consequences for the actions and behaviors in  advance .


    The Third Day :

          Establishing the rules and laws that regulate life .

          The advanced planning to what should be done .

          Taking the appropriate decisions in the light of the aforesaid .
