In 14 December 2006, at 1:00 p.m, there was the finishing of ILLAFTrain certified trainer course which started in Algeria, the capital, in 2 December 2006. The course continued for 12 days of positive and serious training by the leadership of the international trainer, the architect Mohammad Badra, in addition to high level trainers from Syria as the engineer trainer Rafaa Akrama, the trainer Alaa Manla Ahmad, and trainers from Algeria as the trainer Aisha Laznak, the trainer Rida Masoudi, the trainer Farida Kwaitin, and the engineer trainer Dari Qaddour. They drove the training rounds of training and delivery skills which were performed by the trainees. They were 10 rounds at the end of the course. Each one was about 15-35 minutes.

 

The most important distinguished thing of this course is the great interaction among the trainees and the trainers. There was a clear development in the trainees performance at the last day comparing with the performance in the first training rounds at the first day of the course.

This course discussed many important axes of the trainer which are: Learning theories, Training confidently, Delivery, Designing the training systems, Evaluating the training needs, Training gals, Designing the training courses, Evaluation and trainer promotion.

 

The final day started with the written evaluation by the trainees and the trainers. Mr.

"Mashai Abdelkareem" got the best degree, so he got a present of more than 500 American dollars as a nominal present for his great efforts.

 

 

Then, there was the distribution of the certificates to the trainees who became trainers after finishing the course, and to the assistant trainers, with the attendance of the famous Arab informative, Mr. Issa Al- Moqari, and a group of Algerian trainers who graduated from previous ILLAFTrain certified trainer courses ICT.

 

The trainee "Rafeeq Qada" delivered the trainees words which are:

 

"The course manager Mr. Dari Qaddour, the international trainer Mohammad Badra, the assistant trainers: Mr. Rafaa Akrama, Mr. Alaa Manla Ahmad, Mr. Rida Masoudi, the trainer Farida Kwaitin, the trainer Aisha Laznak, the members of management team: Jamal Sharqi, Fatima Dandani, the trainees.

By this date, Thursday 14 December, the activities of ILLAFTrain certified trainer course in Algeria were finished. It is the second course in this field…. This course was distinguished by the giving, the high quality, and developing the personal skills and the intimacy relationship which moved to the highest degrees. This marks to the positive connection, and sensing the whole values of brotherhood and liking. This course contained brothers from Yemen, Syria, Algeria, and Qatar….

All this course days, and for 120 hours, we sensed ILLAFTrain true mission at promoting the quality, credibility, and superiority at training or developing.

 

We found a unique service in the trainer Mr. Mohammad Badra. He provides us with the best experiences and skills…. In 12 days, and through his great granting, he proves that ILLAFTrain is really considered as the best place for working at training industry.

 

By this occasion, we do not forget to offer our hearty consolations to our sister Om Loqman at her great disaster for the death of her father.

 

At the end, congratulations to the trainer Mr. Mohammad Badra, the assistant trainers, and ILLAFTrain team- Algeria for the success of this distinguished course, and peace be upon you".

 

Finally, the course was finished by reading some of The Quraan by the trainee "Rafeeq Qada". By this, ILLAFTrain certified trainer course ICT was finished. It was held for the second time in Al- Maghreb. The Maghrebi trainers number increased by 26 trainers, so the number of ILLAFTrain Maghrebi trainers became 64 trainers.
