The trainer Somaya Al Mutawa completed her journey of learning and developing skills - believing in the words she wrote and completing her job role as a human resources training and development consultant in the Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Qatar Kahramaa) - by obtaining a master's degree in human resources from the British Institute of Economics and Political Science in Egypt – Sharm Sheikh, which was about employee performance development and human resource practices.

Ms. Somaya's master's thesis, which she successfully completed in order to obtain this degree, was centered on a practical study that she applied in her position at the Qatar Kahramaa.
