The purpose of building effective work teams is to achieve the principle of joint cooperation and work among team members as if they were an integrated beehive. In order to achieve this, it is important to frame and coordinate efforts, make efficient use of resources, reduce waste, and work to save time, effort, and money. All of this is done by utilizing the abilities and skills of the various team members.
Believing in the importance of teamwork, Career for Management Training, the exclusive representative of the British IllafTrain Foundation in Doha, along with the Training Management and the Human Resources Department at the Qatari Emiri Diwan, jointly presented a training course entitled Effective Work Teams from February 28 to March 2, 2023, led by the master trainer Adnan Al-Qadi.
Thirteen male and female employees from various Emiri Diwan departments attended three days of learning and enthusiasm at the Emiri Diwan's headquarters in Qatar as part of a project to rehabilitate new hires into their jobs.
The Effective Teams course's first day began at 8:30 am.
