According to international classifications, emotional intelligence (EQ) is one of the most important skills needed in the twenty-first century, so the “ Certified Emotional Intelligence Assessor CEIA” course was established as a result of ILLAFTrain UAE's desire to keep up with changes and modern training requirements in the region as a whole and the United Arab Emirates in particular.
After participants have successfully completed the Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner CEIP course, this course is delivered in accordance with BrainyCore standards. On November 28, 2019, it was given to two participant groups in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi.
The most recent course offered by BrainyCore is Certified Emotional Intelligence Assessor CEIA. The participant in this course gains knowledge about conducting the BrainyCore Emotional Intelligence Assessment (BCA), including how to administer, interpret, and explain it. It is a collection of tried-and-true assessments that gauge Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and gives users a useful framework for applying their Emotional Intelligence.
The consultant trainer Dr. Mohammad Pedra led the course, with the expert trainer Majed Bin Afif by his side. The course covered the process for sending BrainyCore Emotional Intelligence Assessment (BCA) reports to clients as well as the abilities required of assessors prior to, during, and following sessions with clients.
In order to have a thorough, in-depth, and analytical view of the reports, the exercises that were required for the start of the BCA report explanation sessions were used. Then, using additional strategies that the assessors can use, like how to organize the client session using the fundamental six-base model. Then, development plans, results assessment, and follow-up procedures were discussed with the client and even the assessors themselves.
The Certified Emotional Intelligence Assessor course did not end with the completion of its credit hours because it was decided that in order to actually graduate a batch of certified assessors, each new assessor should have two coaching sessions with an emotional intelligence expert, in addition to thirty hours for each participant under supervision, the participant must submit (BCA®) reports and explain them to other people, work teams, and organizations, and the participant must complete a 360 Emotional Intelligence test for at least two people.
As a result, the training market will be supplied with the most capable certified assessors to spread the message of emotional intelligence (EQ) and its skills from the United Arab Emirates to every country in the world, with the slogan: " From here we start, and our borders are the world."
