ILLAFTrain UAE concluded its distinctive two-day "Results Orientation & Accountability" training course by ILLAFTrain UAE, which took place on September 6-7, 2023. The event was held in the renowned Fairmont Bab Al Bahr Hotel in Abu Dhabi, which was chosen for its excellent services and distinctive setting to provide participants with a pleasant learning environment.

The training program comprised two exceptional days, with the first day emphasizing understanding results orientation and accountability within the working environment of governmental institutions under the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The second day was dedicated to defining each employee's roles and responsibilities as well as setting goals and monitoring performance to make sure the desired outcomes are realized.

ILLAFTrain UAE wrapped up its outstanding training program in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE. The program was held at the prestigious Fairmont Bab Al Bahr Hotel, renowned for its prime location. It proved to be the perfect location for hosting the program, which drew participants from organizations with ties to the Abu Dhabi government and aimed at assisting them to develop their skills in accountability and achieving results.

The training program comprised two intensive learning days, with the first day emphasizing understanding accountability and its significance within the working environment of governmental institutions. The second day was dedicated to defining each employee's roles and responsibilities as well as setting goals and monitoring performance to make sure the desired outcomes are realized.

The government entities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi have made a major commitment and investment in boosting performance and employee skill development through this initiative.

The training material dealt with very important and strategic ideas and topics, and its content was excellence in skills, knowledge, goals, and problem-solving techniques. The following are some of the concepts highlighted:

Cameras were set up to record trainees expressing their opinions about the course, the level of excellence they had attained, and the skills they had learned in a characteristic gesture immediately before the end of the course. As the training program came to a close, the trainer asked that participants get their certificates at random. Each participant was required to hand the certificate to the appropriate recipient after reading the name on it. The goal was to encourage friendly cooperation among the participants.
