What humanity has accomplished in the last century is on par with all of its accomplishments from the beginning of creation to the present. Among these numerous and great accomplishments was Emotional Intelligence, which has been ranked as one of the most significant psychological and social sciences that aid those who possess these skills in achieving more success and accomplishments.
Given the significance of Emotional Intelligence and in keeping with its commitment to offering the best and most prestigious training courses, ILLAFTrain Doha offered a certified emotional intelligence practitioner course from February 15 to February 19, 2020, at the Doha Rotana Hotel in Qatar. The course was led by consultant trainer Dr. Mohammed Pedra.
To improve the trainees' level of Emotional Intelligence skills, the course's five days of information- and knowledge-rich instruction were combined with Dr. Mohammad's training experiences to create a pure knowledge summary on Emotional Intelligence.
The course started with the (BCA®) test, which yielded a report on each participant's Emotional Intelligence skills. It also offers the most crucial guidance on enhancing interpersonal and communication skills as a tool for developing stable and effective skills as well as the capacity to regain control of reactions.
The trainer also went over the four main fields that make up the BrainyCore Emotional Intelligence model:
- Know yourself: contains four skills.
- Be yourself: contains five skills.
- Know others: contains three skills.
- Invest in Others: contains one skill.
The actual application started with each trainee choosing the most relevant field and situations that they require for Emotional Intelligence. As the days of the course went on, dealing with these situations started to change based on the use of Emotional Intelligence techniques until the conclusion of the Emotional Intelligence skills was reached.
With the course's final days, everything changed, and the worst-case scenario took on a new perspective and a new response, and this is what was actually put into practice through daily practices.
Mohammed Pedra gave a speech at the end of the training trip urging the participants to measure the effects of using Emotional Intelligence in their daily lives and to make the most of the skills they had learned. As a result, the conclusion was full of excitement and hope for the future.
