With the Conclusion of the Certified Professional Trainer DIPLOMA Course, ILLAFTrain Doha Concludes 10 Years of Success

On the occasion of the course's tenth anniversary in Doha and its ongoing excellence as one of the most significant major courses offered each year, the course graduates Qatar's top trainers each year and places them in the workforce where they can help advance the country's 2030 Human Development Vision.

A Certified Professional Trainer DIPLOMA CPT course was offered by ILLAFTrain Doha from December 21, 2019, to January 1, 2020, spanning 12 training days and more than 100 training hours. At the Rotana Hotel in City Center Doha, under the honorable direction of consultant trainer Dr. Mohammed Pedra, with the honorable assistance of expert trainer Hussain AlSayed and certified trainer Adnan Al-Qadi.

A distinguished group of Qatari trainees from various bodies and ministries who are enthusiastic about learning and gaining new skills participated in the course. This enriched the course and boosted the enthusiasm of the trainees and trainers, and a convivial atmosphere predominated inside the training room.

In order for the trainees to become professional trainers who can ascend the training platform and lead the business, each in their job and specialization, the Certified Professional Trainer DIPLOMA course was distinguished by the practical application to reach the necessary skills.

The course included many goals and topics during its days:

Certified Trainer - TOT:

The idea of intimacy, its structure, and its rules were introduced to the participants. Additionally, how the trainer can boost the trainee's self-esteem and motivate them to take part, engage in conversation, and ask questions. Along with learning how to motivate trainees, meet their needs professionally, and create a fun learning environment, which is a tried-and-true teaching method that guarantees the learner's total involvement in the educational process.

Professional Skills for Speakers:

This section of the course dealt with a set of important instructions in order to build the speaker's confidence and the basic principles of speech. In addition to the principles of non-verbal communication and the elements of vocal speech, and techniques to improve the effect of the trainer’s voice. It was also learned how to take advantage of the speed of sound and pauses. This section also contained techniques to improve the effect of physical speech and the use of gestures to enhance the message, in addition to important tips in visual communication.

Learning Theories:

The seven principles of Accelerated Learning, the stages of the educational process, the principles of adult learning, the components of the training objective, and how to create professional training objectives are just a few of the crucial subjects for any professional trainer that this section covered. In addition to attracting the attention of the trainees according to McClelland's theory and how to provide feedback to the learners, in addition to important instructions in providing summaries and reviews.

1. Mohammed Pedra, the trainer, broke down expectations by using a variety of techniques and approaches to convey information. The application of Accelerated Learning techniques had a significant impact on the participants' acceptance of the information presented during the course, which was reflected in the daily-evolving quality of their training presentations.

Trainee’s Daily Presentations:

Great interaction and enthusiasm was shown by the trainees during daily training tours and presentations, so each trainee was required to present a daily training presentation as if they were a trainer inside the training hall, standing in front of their trainees. Everyone could see the extent of each trainee's daily improvement, development, and mastery of the presentation due to their use of the seven Accelerated Learning steps and their vocal and physical speech skills. This group of trainees has proven to be a real nucleus with a high degree of competence to be among the elite trainers of the future.

Course’s Conclusion Day:

1. Mohammed, the consultant trainer, gave the trainees a lot of advice and pointers. He asked them to put what they had learned into practice so that the scientific and practical information would stick and their skills would grow. All trainee's thoughts and questions were also discussed.

In their conclusion remarks, Dr. Mohammed and trainer Hussein thanked the trainers and urged them to keep learning and growing to achieve the highest standards of professionalism in training.
