ILLAFTrain UAE completed the Professional Skills for Speakers Course in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Pension Fund

ILLAFTrain_UAE is eager to keep up with changes and contemporary training requirements in the Arab world, specifically in the United Arab Emirates. Also, the speakers' professional skills are of the most crucial skills needed in the 21st century, particularly for trainers, professionals, human development managers, and anyone else who needs to speak with high-level skills.

Given the above, this program was organized in accordance with the criteria established by ILLAFTrain_UK for the accreditation of influential speakers. The recipients were the directors and department leaders of Abu Dhabi Pension Fund. The course was held at Al-Raha Beach Hotel in Abu Dhabi from the 12^th to the 14^th  of June, 2023 under the direction of master certified trainer Faisal Bin Huraiz.

Senior managers and employees from the Investment Department of the Pension Fund attended the program because the skills taught there are among the foundational elements of their line of work. Different ethnic and cultural backgrounds made up the audience, too. The event was presented in English with exceptional proficiency in a way that met and even exceeded the organization's expectations.

On the first day, all trainees and course participants were introduced to one another, where they enriched their knowledge with the most scientific theories pertaining to the program, its significance, and dimensions in the workplace. The characteristics of people who can make a qualitative leap surfaced when these skills were actually employed. The skill activities then started, and all participants gave presentations, through which they applied what they had learned. 

On the second day, professional skills for speakers were put into practice, in addition to the most important activities which assisted each trainee in the room in highlighting their knowledge, abilities, and other assets that made them an all-around, well-organized, and professional speaker.

On the third and last day, Abu Dhabi Pension Fund's Khalifa Sultan Ahmed Al Suwaidi attended the presentations, lauded the participants' advancement, and thanked them for their desire to grow and their commitment to obtaining the greatest and finest skills. Along with him, the Director of the Training and Development Department, Mr. Faisal Al Suwaidi, delivered a speech that inspired the participants to continue applying what they had learned.

After that, the trainer, Faisal Bin Huraiz, spoke, stressing the value of the trainees' investment in their newfound skills. He emphasized also on inspiring the trainees to use these skills in both their personal and professional lives to maximize the benefits. In fact, every trainee could deliver an ideal presentation. Additionally, each speaker could cope with any challenges they faced head-on, such as awkward questions or challenging circumstances while being before the audience, persuading them, and doing it with the utmost grace and influence.

It's important to note that this program is a continuation of the ongoing collaboration between Abu Dhabi Pension Fund and the provision of professional programs. The program is followed by a stage that is equally as crucial as the training, which is individual coaching sessions each participant to focus on their personal needs and close any gaps to advance them to a more competent and higher professional level.

The program came to a close when the director of the training department, Mr. Faisal Al Suwaidi, accepted a commemorative shield that trainer Faisal bin Huraiz had presented to the organization on behalf of ILLAFTrain_UAE. After that, there was a joyful ceremony where awards, commemorative shields, and photographs that would last an eternity were distributed.

ILLAFTrain_UAE expresses gratitude to Abu Dhabi Pension Fund and the program's trainer, who summarized his experience in the field of professional presentation and influence. All praise goes to the participants, who didn't hold back on putting in the time and effort necessary to achieve the maximum level of learning.
