The event was held in the renowned Fairmont Bab Al Bahr Hotel in Abu Dhabi, which was chosen for its excellent services and distinctive setting to provide participants with a pleasant learning environment.
The training program comprised two exceptional days, with the first day emphasizing understanding results orientation and accountability within the working environment of governmental institutions under the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The second day was dedicated to defining each employee's roles and responsibilities as well as setting goals and monitoring performance to make sure the desired outcomes are realized.
