This is what the Certified Expert Trainer SUMAYA AL SHIMMARI said in the first days of her acquaintance with ILLAFTrain and its trainers, and that was on the twenty-sixth of February 2017, which she describes as an important turning point in her life and a new birth. 

The trainer, SUMAYA AL SHIMMARI, worked to embody her ideas and turn them into actions. Her ultimate goal is to increase her knowledge and raise her scientific and skill levels, so she joined the ILLAFTrain courses, starting with the Certified Professional Trainer Course, eventually joining all the Train of Trainers courses in ILLAFTrain to continue seeking knowledge, which led to her being awarded the Certified Expert Trainer Diploma. She was keen to attend NLP courses of all levels, Emotional Intelligence and Life Management Courses, Certified Training Courses, and the Accelerated Learning Practitioner course, which was her passion that she had been always searching for. This is because she always finds herself in learning, and since she was already so immersed in it, she wanted to delve into the subject of Accelerated Learning, and acquire its skills and techniques which proved effective in developing the learning process. That is why she decided to master Accelerated Learning.

Based on her passion for learning, and because she is an intellectual interested in taking the humane teacher position to new heights, she was keen to achieve her goal of obtaining the title of ACCELERATED LEARNING CERTIFIED TRAINER. Her main objective was to support the education process in general, and teachers in particular, because she believes in her noble mission.
Her journey in this field was not easy, as the mastery of Accelerated Learning, acquiring its skills, and adding it as a technique that can be used and taught to others is not that easy, especially with the typical standards that must be achieved by working to achieve Certification Standards, which include the following levels:

 

THE PRACTITIONER LEVEL
Which teaches trainees how to master the methods, processes and techniques that qualify them to teach and deliver courses in Accelerated Learning at a high level of proficiency.

 

THE MASTER PRACTITIONER LEVEL
Trainees at this level can design an Accelerated Learning course that enables them to optimize the learning process. At this level, the trainee is obliged to demonstrate their experience in mastering the use of Accelerated Learning techniques, in addition to a deep skill in self-development and training skills.

 

THE TRAINER LEVEL
At this level, the capabilities of the trainee Master Practitioner are developed to be able to provide training and support to others in the Accelerated Learning field in order to become Master Accelerated Learning Practitioners. The criteria for this level are strict; This is because it requires an experience of no less than two years from the date of obtaining the first level in personal development, training skills, and emotional intelligence skills, in addition to passing all tests

For two and a half years of hard work, the trainer SUMAYA AL SHIMMARI was a role model in exerting effort, adherence to standards, and determination in order to reach her goal of obtaining the title of an ACCELERATED LEARNING CERTIFIED TRAINER. She made her goal come true after she finished submitting all the tests in which she achieved brilliant success. Thus, the Dubai Accelerated Learning Center celebrates its new achievement, as the trainer SUMAYA AL SHIMMARI joins the center, making a valuable addition to the team. The management of the Dubai Accelerated Learning Center is proud to have a person who is passionate about learning and immersed in it, such as the trainer SUMAYA AL SHIMMARI, who has earned her new position with her efficiency and the quality of her work.
