Al Ain, UAE: Exceptional conclusion for the Accelerated Learning Practitioner Course

Dubai Accelerated Learning Center and ILLAFTrain UAE held the exceptional Accelerated Learning Practitioner Course in the presence  of many teachers, leaders, and managers from various institutions and government entities in the United Arab Emirates. All the attendees had the same goal of achieving the highest learning and training quality in various fields. The course took five training days at the Ayla Grand Hotel in Al Ain, from the 11^th to the 16^th of February 2024.

Course Trainer

“The worst enemy of Learning is to feel like you are doing so.”

Based on this assertion, Dr. Mohammed Pedra, the Certified Consultant Trainer, provided the juice of his skills and training background quality to effectively deliver the finest aspects of Accelerated Learning to every trainee. He highlighted the significance of body language in learning, as well as the essential skills that trainees need to acquire whenever they learn new things without truly feeling as though they have learned it. Ultimately, the learning process success is based on the learner and the learning.

• Create learning themes full of pleasure and fun.
• Make the most appropriate theme for the session.
• Test the latest learning themes.

Skill #6 - Accelerated Design

• Discover the five principles in the design.
• Design using eight steps.

Skill #7 - Spreading Accelerated Learning

• Learn three strategies for change.
• Integrate Accelerated Learning into the organization's culture.

Course Vibes

“What the trainee says, does, and thinks matters more than what the trainer says, does, and thinks.”

The training course was full of the trainees’ enthusiasm and participation. Also, cooperation and rapport dominate the course. The trainees' happiness and improvement have developed daily. Accelerated Learning is truly a profound spirit felt only by those who have lived and experienced it.

On the last day, each trainee gave a special presentation in front of everyone. All presentations were unique and qualitative. Trainees truly appear to be Accelerated Learning practitioners, demonstrating their genuineness and commitment to learning and training on it.

Following that, Dr. Mohammed Pedra gave inspirational remarks to start the conclusion moments, reaffirming the instillation of this learning in both them and those around them. The only foundation of this learning is everyone's honesty and commitment to skills. The most crucial aspect is using this new knowledge to think, work, and live in different areas faster and easier while still attaining the intended experiences and goals.

Then, Mr. Majed Bin Afif, General Manager of ILLAFTrain UAE, gave a speech of gratitude to all trainees for their outstanding performance, unwavering dedication, and commitment to the course, which was evident on the conclusion day. He specifically thanked the outstanding team and gave special recognition to Mrs. Sumaya Al Shimmari, ILLAFTrain Certified Expert Trainer, whose commitment and expertise were crucial to the course's success.

Finally, the lovely concluding moments continued growth and achievement vibes. Then, certificates were awarded, and souvenir photos were taken for everyone.
