As Usual, ILLAFTrain UAE Stood Out in the Certified Trainer Diploma CT Course

Five training days were dedicated to ILLAFTrain-UAE's "Certified Trainer Diploma - CT" course. The course was held at the Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, which is renowned for its luxury and elegance in the capital.

Elites and administrators from the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department attended the training course.  Some departmental prosecutors, counselors, and departmental heads participated in the course. To become educators who are proud of themselves, to make their country proud of them, and to everyone who will learn from them in the future, everyone aimed for the highest level of learning and the passion for advancement.

The consultant trainer Dr. Mohammed Pedra presented this distinguished course, assisted by the expert trainer Majed Bin Afif. The training team worked tirelessly and continuously to ensure that the foundation of their work is harmony in order to present the strongest knowledge combined with professional skills and depth of experience. The atmosphere of the distinguished course was dominated by the Accelerated Learning methodology, which was prominent in the activities and exercises. Interaction and enthusiasm ruled the day, and the trainees demonstrated their enthusiasm for learning new information through their application and daily presentations.

Each learner was required to present a realistic training presentation to actual trainees in a training hall as if they were certified trainers. It was impressive to see the trainees' growth as performers and how their presentations showed these developments in terms of speech techniques (both vocal and physical) and presentation style. This group of trainees will undoubtedly become outstanding trainers in the near future based on their steady progress.

Everybody was proud of the outcome of their presentations, which highlighted their skills and talents and the knowledge they had gained throughout the course. The consensus at the time was that good trainer brings out the best in their trainees rather than showcasing their own qualities.

As the course came to a close, there was a ceremony that gave the impression that it was the end of the course, but in truth, it marked the beginning of a new beginning and the birth of a more beautiful life and a more professional life in the training sky, provided that its land is paved with credibility, sincerity, and transparency. This is because the trainees turned what they had learned into the paths and methods they will use to create their next training future.

The head of the training and development department, Mr. Khaled Al Suwaidi, and the training expert, Dr. Fathi Khalil, spoke on behalf of the department's training management during a closing speech. They expressed pride in the new trainers and their status as the best human investment for the department going forward. They also expressed sincere gratitude to the training team and the ILLAFTrain company for their efforts and dedication to the department's success.

After that, the trainers concluded the course by summarizing everything that had been covered and inspiring the trainees to become trainers for future training sessions in the department and become self-sufficient in the growth of their human resources.

Following that, ILLAFTrain UAE gave out rose bouquets to each trainee before starting to distribute certificates. The certificates were given out randomly to the trainees after each trainee selected the bouquet of roses that they preferred. The roses were different colors to represent the colors of the clubs in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Each trainee must now read the name of the certificate's owner before writing phrases on the roses, handing them the roses, and handing them the certificate. The trainees then handed each other certificates and took memorial photos.

Then, the General Director of ILLAFTrain UAE and the consultant Dr. Mohammed Pedra honored the Training and Development Department, represented by Mr. Khaled Al Suwaidi, Head of the Training Department, Administrative Expert Dr. Fathi Khalil, and Program Coordinator Ms. Aisha Al Loughani, in appreciation of their outstanding contributions to the success of the course's activities from the beginning of its preparations to the end.

Then, in a touching gesture, each trainee was given a second certificate, this time in the form of a distinctive shield of honor bearing the slogan of the Year of Zayed. This was given to each trainee to keep as a special reminder of Zayed's values, "may God have mercy on him," and as a sign of loyalty to him because he is the one who sacrificed everything for the founding of the UAE and developing its civilization. Everyone at that point assumed the roles of ambassadors and an extension of that civilization, representing it to the outside world in a bright and honorable manner. From this point forward, they must turn the training into a practical reality in order to advance and attain the highest ranks that each participant has envisioned for themselves.
