Doha-Qatar: An Outstanding Success in the Certified Professional Trainer Diploma Course Closing

Enhancing the Qatar Vision 2030 in the field of human development compels those in charge of this project to put forth great effort in order to raise the cadre and employee level in various sectors of the country in order to keep up with the project's vision and mission.

Based on that objective, Career for Management Training, the exclusive representative of ILLAFTrain institution, successfully completed the CPT Certified Professional Trainer course over 12 training days from February 12 to February 23, 2023, under the eminent direction of consultant trainer Dr. Mohammed Pedra, with the support of expert trainer Hussain AlSayed and Master trainer Adnan Al-Qadi. The course was designed for a talented and ambitious group of Emiri Diwan employees who are passionate about education and gaining new skills that will improve their level of job performance.

This course adhered to the practical application principle in order to develop the necessary skills for the trainees to become trainers capable of occupying the training platform and reflecting the training sciences in managing their businesses and jobs.

Certified Trainer TOT:

The first topic of the course introduced the trainees to the idea of rapport and the guidelines for establishing it, as Dr. Mohammed emphasized in his explanation of how the trainer boosts their confidence and encourages those in the training hall to participate by encouraging them to interact and ask questions and work to meet the trainees' educational needs.

Professional Skills for Speakers:

In this topic, the explanation was directed towards the method of building the speaker's confidence, the fundamentals of speaking, the elements of physical and vocal recitation, benefiting from how to improve the trainer's voice effectiveness, and using physical gestures methods to enhance the message's delivery process that the trainer wants to send to the trainees in the training hall.

Learning Theories:

This topic covered a number of crucial concepts for any expert trainer, such as the seven principles of Accelerated Learning, the educational process steps, the adult learning principles, the elements of the training objective, and how to create professional training objectives. In addition to drawing the trainees' attention according to McClelland's theory and how feedback is given to learners, and finally, important guidelines for submitting summaries and reviews.

Course Closing Day:

In order to solidify the scientific and practical material and to develop the skills they had already acquired, the consultant trainer Dr. Mohammed asked the trainees to put what they had learned into practice, and they received a lot of advice and direction from Dr. Mohammed.
