ILLAFTrain Doha Concludes a Certified Professional Trainer Diploma Course in Doha

The training wheel has resumed rotation along with all necessary precautions being taken to stop the spread of the coronavirus infection, with more than a hundred training hours full of enthusiasm and passion for learning, and with a distinguished presence of trainees eager to learn a new method and pattern of training and learning

The Certified Professional Trainer Diploma CPT training course was completed by ILLAFTrain Doha in Doha's Rotana City Center after twelve training days. This course marked the participants' new beginning in their pursuit of special skills.

The training team has been working diligently and continuously to ensure that the foundation of their work is to provide the most powerful knowledge combined with the professionalism of their skills and the breadth of their experiences, in order to transfer them to the participants with the utmost sincerity and transparency.

The daily training was practical, placing the learners in actual circumstances as if they were actually qualified trainers instructing their trainees. This esteemed group was led by Dr. Mohammed Pedra, certified consultant trainer, who was joined by Hussain AlSayed, certified expert trainer.

 

Course Activities:

All course activities were conducted in an environment that was very familiar and friendly and interactive, igniting a flame of enthusiasm that persisted throughout the training. The trainees' constant conversations and dialogues with one another defined the course, as these discussions covered a wide range of experiences that can improve training and learning. The biggest success factor that the course's participants were able to achieve was that they applied the seven steps of the educational process with the utmost concentration, and everyone transferred their newly acquired skills to their daily presentations, and all of the training materials, activities, and exercises were prepared for each step.

 

Daily Tours:

The training environment was lively and interactive, and the trainees delivered their presentations as though they were trainers on the actual training platform. The continual training presentations throughout the course's days made it easy to see how performance was improving, and this demonstrates the participants' level of dedication and desire to spread the training message in order to carry it out with commitment and sincerity.

 

Conclusion Day:

This day felt more like the beginning of a new life than like its conclusion. Dr. Mohammed Pedra gave a speech on this day emphasizing the importance of the trainees' commitment to bringing these skills and sciences to their workplaces in order to lead by example and lend a helping hand to their coworkers as they ascend the ladder of success and professionalism.

Trainer Hussain AlSayed also spoke, offering some training advice and urging the learners to put their new skills to use right away in order to scientifically and practically integrate them into their daily lives.

Then after that, certificates were given out to the participants, and memorial photos were taken for trainers and trainees.
