ILLAFTrain UAE Concluded a Distinguished Age Management Course in Al Ain

ILLAFTrain UAE offered a course titled "Age Management" in Al Ain City from November 20 to 24, 2023, at Ayla Grand Hotel. The course comes from its belief that it is important to keep up with current developments and because it is committed to its mission of developing human resources.

Mohammed Pedra, a consultant trainer, and Mr. Majed Bin Afif effectively led the "Age Management" course. Both of them focused on sharing information and experiences with the trainees inside the class. The knowledge of time's significance and perception, its application in our daily lives, our ability to sense it, and the key competencies required to break free from procrastination and delay were the most prominent aspects of this information. As a result, the trainees understand the time value and learn how to manage it optimally.

Dr. Mohammed Pedra, the consultant trainer, tried to harness his knowledge and experience while presenting these concepts and fundamentals within the training material. This is because it is crucial to convey to each trainee each and every concept and fundamental, followed by sensing and experiencing them until they realize how important it is to feel every moment of life. Additionally, the course addresses well a lot of the difficulties that any trainee might run into and comes up with the best time management solutions. The course environment was charged with energy and challenge regarding understanding every concept and fact about the significance of time management, including its qualities, skills, and how to sense it. Time planning and management are the main goals for this, followed by the capacity to deal with one of the most complex challenges facing people today: procrastination and postponement.

Also, the course included a lot of theoretical and practical activities for each trainee in the class, such as:

• Each trainee is given a special piece of paper on which they list all of their life necessities, assuming they have a specific amount of money.
• Each trainee is given a special piece of paper on which they write their mission in life and where they want to reach.

 

Conclusion Moments

The trainers, Mohammed Pedra and Majed Bin Afif, gave a speech at the conclusion moments. They try hard to transfer their passion and enthusiasm to the trainees' hearts so that they become inspired and motivated people for the rest of their lives and become better time managers in the future.

The conclusion moments included the trainer distributing certificates at random to each trainee, instructing them to read the certificate holder's name out loud before going to give it to them. This simple activity aims to foster a greater sense of cooperation and rapport among participants.

Certificates were awarded in an atmosphere filled with a sense of success, and the most beautiful souvenir photos were taken.

The "Age Management" course gave all trainees a solid and motivating foundation to help them achieve the best time management and planning, the best positive results they have ever wanted in their lives, and then the best needs with all of their might and passion.
