ILLAFTrain UAE Concludes 2021 With a Certified Professional Trainer DIPLOMA Course

Everything in this world exists for a reason, and the Coronavirus outbreak undoubtedly served a purpose in teaching people how to handle emergency situations where their lives are turned upside down. As a result, the need for new skills increased in all fields of life, including the training field that kept up with these changes by relying on remote training as a way to meet the challenges of the moment. Additionally, a number of e-platforms related to training and its sciences have emerged, allowing trainers to deliver their courses online.

ILLAFTrain UAE concluded the year 2021 with a significant training event, believing that happy and good endings lay the foundations for strong beginnings, it concluded the year with Certified Professional Trainer DIPLOMA (CPT) course in keeping with the current developments that demand everyone to make a quantum leap in the individual at the level of professional and personal life, and in light of the current circumstances. The course was held from December 11 to December 21 at Hili Rayhaan Rotana Hotel. A passionate group of trainees with the goal of discovering themselves, altering their way of thinking and perspective of their surroundings by acquiring intellectual skills that transform their lives into a quantum leap, to deal with the new reality, conducted 100 hours of training in the hotel's hallways and corridors. Through their participation in this training session, which primarily focuses on a group of skills, they were able to see all of this come to pass. These skills are:

1. Applying Accelerated Learning skills in the process of learning, teaching, and training.
2. Familiarity building.
3. Improving interpersonal communication abilities.
4. Utilizing elements of physical recitation to improve communication skills.
5. Utilizing elements of vocal recitation to improve communication skills.

Mohammed Pedra, a consultant trainer, and Mr. Majed Bin Afif, an expert trainer, gave their all to the trainees when presenting this course.

Training Activities:

The days of the training event were notable for the depth of the discussions and the numerous questions that reflect a passion for learning and a love of knowledge. Dr. Mohammed, Mr. Majed, and the trainees talked about a variety of experiences that would enhance the training and educational process. The participants stood out for having the highest levels of concentration while taking in the trainers' explanations and putting the practical exercises into practice, as demonstrated by the trainees' daily training presentations.

Training Presentations:

The energetic training environment was a reflection of the trainers and trainees' fruitful interaction, which led to the trainees delivering their training presentations as though they were trainers in the training room in front of their trainees. As the course's days went on, it became clear that the trainees' performances were improving, and they were performing at an advanced level thanks to the way they were using the vocal recitation, physical recitation, and steps from the educational process when giving presentations.

Conclusion Ceremony:

The conclusion ceremony was not just a celebration of the completion of a training course; rather, it marked the beginning of a fresh beginning for each participant as they looked ahead to the new year with new horizons, aspirations, and objectives. The UAE's celebration of the Golden Jubilee of the National Day, which culminated in a fifty-year march of great achievements on the level of the entire world, strengthened this feeling of celebration, increased its enthusiasm, and magnified the goals in the hearts of the trainees. During their speeches at the training event's conclusion ceremony, Dr. Mohammed and Mr. Majed emphasized this and urged the trainees to use all legal means, act for all the reasons that will help them achieve their objectives and successes, and highlight their accomplishments.

As the training is beginning to become a tangible reality in order for each participant to rise and reach the highest ranks that they drew for themselves, features of joy and happiness predominated on this day. In this ideal setting, certificates were given out and memento photos were taken.
