ILLAFTrain UAE concludes the Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner course

One of the biggest challenges that everyone faces as a result of the Coronavirus outbreak and the new factors that affected the entire world is altering the general way of thinking. One can start by altering how they approach those variables to make substantive changes. Learning emotional intelligence skills, which are now urgently needed to control and manage our feelings wisely, is probably the most significant way to change our intellectual perspective.

 

A Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner course, which was presented by the consultant trainer Dr. Mohammed Pedra with the participation and support of expert trainer Majed Bin Afif. was concluded by ILLAFTrain UAE on November 10th, 2021.

1. Mohammed gave an overview of this course to the participants. It is one of many courses offered by BrainyCore, which specializes in developing emotional intelligence (EQ) and providing training courses and solutions for leaders, managers, and work teams in businesses, as well as personalized solutions for individuals.

Each participant was required to complete the BrainyCore Emotional Intelligence Assessment (BCA) at the course beginning, and those who did so were given a Report In Emotional Intelligence For Leaders (BCL). 

What Does a BCL Report Contain?

The results of measuring each participant's level in each of the 13 emotional intelligence skills are included in this report, which also helps to clarify and highlight the participant's strengths and the fields where they need to strengthen and develop. The report also offers a set of recommendations and actions that guarantee the improvement of positive points and address weaknesses to overcome them.

Ambitious group of trainees with a variety of cultural and academic backgrounds participated in the four-day course, which was rich in every moment. This diversity and motivation increased the interaction and fun of the course as discussions and points of view changed throughout the course days.

Mohammed was eager to share his extensive knowledge in the emotional intelligence field with all trainees by providing thorough explanations and responding to all queries, especially after trainees submitted their questionnaires on how to develop their emotional intelligence skills, where a series of useful examples and exercises were provided to help improve these skills practically. The course addressed the BrainyCore Emotional Intelligence model, which consists of four main points:

Mohammed gave his final speech on the last day, encouraging the trainees to use emotional intelligence in their daily lives to notice the clear improvements they will make in their performance level.

In his concluding speech, Mr. Majed Bin Afif, General Manager of ILLAFTrain UAE, urged the audience to take advantage of the course and apply what they had learned in real life. He also thanked each participant personally for their contributions, participation, and discussion, which gave the course its exceptional flavor.

In an atmosphere filled with familiarity and love, certificates were distributed, and the days of this course ended with taking a group of memorial photos for the trainees.
