The Conclusion of a Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner Course in Abu Dhabi

Today, emotional intelligence, or EQ, is a major factor in determining one's level of success in life in addition to intelligence quotient, or IQ. EQ is the secret to success, according to a plenty of research and studies. Fortunately, EQ can be enhanced and developed through education and training.
ILLAFTrain UAE organized a Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner course in (EQ) in Al Ain and then in Abu Dhabi, from November 23 to November 27 - 2019, in an effort to offer the most recent ILLAFTrain products in the UAE.
The Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner course is one of several courses in the BrainyCore product. It is one of the latest global products of ILLAFTrain and specializes in EQ and developing its skills. It provides its solutions and training programs for leaders, managers and work teams in companies, including customized solutions for individuals.
The five-day course was full of rich experiences throughout. Dr. Mohammed Pedra, a consultant trainer, presented the course. The course was distinguished by its strong and diverse attendance, as they came from 4 different countries and 9 different cities, and they all shared the common goal of improving their individual emotional intelligence skills.
Before getting the BCL Report In Emotional Intelligence For Leaders, each participant had to respond to the questions on the BrainyCore Emotional Intelligence Assessment (BCA). The results of testing the 13 emotional intelligence skills are included in the BCL report. It evaluates each participant's proficiency in each skill, identifies their strengths and points that need improvement, and provides the necessary advice for that.
The course then comes to thoroughly explain each skill and how to develop it, using a variety of real-world examples and exercises as support. The course covered the four main components of the BrainyCore emotional intelligence model:
- Know yourself.
- Be yourself.
- Know others.
- Invest in others.
On the last day of the course, Mr. Majed Bin Afif, General Manager of ILLAFTrain UAE, thanked the participants for their contributions, participation, and interactions throughout the course and urged them to use the new skills they had acquired to the fullest in both their personal and professional lives. Mr. Majed also expressed his gratitude for the brilliant and sincere efforts made by consultant trainer Dr. Mohammed Pedra.

In an atmosphere of familiarity and love, certificates were distributed, and memorial photos on this course’s conclusion day were taken in a setting where deep experiences, knowledge, and intellect were all gathered under one roof.
